We do not want anyone to miss out on having this “Christian Experience” for any reason.

At Happening, we strive to build community among the staff and participants. We have found that cell phones and the internet (Snapchat, Facebook, etc.)

inhibit this and can cause drama. For those that bring them, we will be collecting cell phones from all youth at this event, staff and participants. They will be

stored safely and securely and returned at the end of the weekend. I will have my cell phone and your parents will be given my number so they can contact

me at any time. All adults in the dorms will also have their cell phones. We are not liable if you bring your phone/iPad/computer and anything happens to it.

You won’t need it for the weekend, so the best bet is to just leave it at home. Believe it or not, there was at time when we didn’t even have cell coverage at

Honey creek. Your great grandparents might even talk about a time before cell phones.

You will not need any extra money while you are at Honey Creek.  All meals and snacks are provided and there isn’t any kind of a souvenir shop.  If you have

any questions about the weekend, what to bring, or directions please call!!  We are looking forward to seeing you on September 22nd.  Get ready for an experience

you’ll never forget!
